After 31 years running my own business I know how important customer satisfaction is to a company. We try very, very hard to meet or exceed our customers' requirements. Clients are not adversaries - but real people who deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy and honesty. We want you to like doing business with us so much that not only will you always come back - you'll refer all your friends and acquaintances to us as well! There are now fourteen of us in the company including my wife Bryanna, but we are still a family owned and run business, and everyone is aware that customer satisfaction is top priority.

We have a great store of experience and abilities within the company and our Master Technician Sean Pogson was with Volvo for 20 years. We believe we offer the best service available for Volvo - and other makes of car.

After my first career as a commercial pilot I chose the challenge of buying and selling cars. Although you might not think that car dealing offers much job satisfaction, it is surprisingly fulfilling matching clients with the ideal car for their needs. A significant expenditure, but an enormous benefit too - the right car may even save your life! We try to guide clients to a car that really suits them and if we don't have anything suitable we will endeavour to find one.

I chose to sell Volvo 22 years ago because I have always loved good quality (I have a first in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London), and I can't stand cars that go wrong. At that time Volvo were solid but a bit dull, but now the durability and longevity of the cars are matched by real style and driveability. Another benefit of selling Volvo is the delightful client base - sensible people seeking quality, service and value for money.

Having owned over 7000 cars, the majority of them Volvo, I am confident that I can give you much better service than other dealers. My late cars are usually under the Volvo 3 year warranty and EVERY car is given a full presales inspection by our own fully trained technicians. We also stock other quality makes - again fully prepared - e.g. BMW, AUDI, Mercedes etc.

Cars not covered by a Manufacturer's warranty are offered with 12 months comprehensive warranty included in the price. This is upgradeable to a full 24 months for only £500, or £600 for 36 months. Even cars over 8 years old and over 120,000 miles are eligible for a warranty. As a bonus to any client who keeps their car for more than 3 years, our 36 month warranty can be extended free of charge for a further 24 months.
